The hotel has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and the spacious gardens are perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast options were outstanding, with fresh fruit, yogurt, and the full English breakfast being a real highlight. The spa facilities, especially the indoor pool, provided a nice retreat for relaxation.
The decor in the room felt a bit dated.

The chocolate muffins at breakfast were lush, a real highlight! Plus, the indoor pool is a delightful spot to unwind after a day’s exploring. Got to mention the excellent steam room too!
The place needs badly renovating. the carpets are stained, and the spa facilities need some love. A little more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience!

The double room in the courtyard area was nice with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee maker. The spa facilities included an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast had a great variety of options with freshly cooked items. Loved the friendly staff too.

missingWrote a review on Sept 07lovely terraceimpressive breakfasthigh drink pricesroom privacy
The garden room provided comfortable space with a peaceful vibe. The views from the terrace were lovely, especially in the warm weather. Staff greeted us warmly and helped with any questions about the facilities. Breakfast options impressed me, though the service at morning meals lacked consistency. took a while to get our orders despite the restaurant not being too busy. the room felt dated. The furniture showed signs of wear, and we needed better blackout blinds to manage the light in the morning. Despite the pleasant garden view, a lack of in-room privacy with windows overlooking the parking area was disappointing. The bathroom had limited toiletries and felt bare. During peak times, the bar staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slow service, particularly when ordering drinks. The high drink prices also felt excessive compared to other local spots. this stay had positive moments, but clear attention to detail and service consistency are definitely required for a better experience.

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed playing boules on the floodlit courts and had a fun round of golf on the nine-hole course. While the food was tasty and the staff friendly, it’s good to know the terrace might have some tables with dirty crockery. a good spot for a group getaway.
Had a bit of a letdown when we went for afternoon tea. The dirty cups and slow service made it a frustrating experience, which was disappointing given the overall quality elsewhere.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the swimming pool and the nine-hole golf course. The staff were super friendly, and the views were stunning. Breakfast had loads of options, which was perfect for our group. Just a heads up, the coffee wasn't the best, but everything else made up for it!
One thing that could be improved was the slow service we experienced during dinner. We waited too long for our food, which put a damper on the evening.

Had a lovely time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the views from the conservatory. The heated swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out, but the furniture in the room could use a little update. it was a great stay, and I'd recommend trying the breakfast – just be sure to go early! 😊

I loved the meaty pizza for half price on Sunday night and the chocolate muffins at breakfast were lush! Plus, the indoor pool is a delightful spot to unwind after a day's exploring.
All the doors slamming woke me up too often, and the broken window meant I overheard every convo outside.
