Despite the pleasant garden view, a lack of in-room privacy with windows overlooking the parking area was disappointing. The bathroom had limited toiletries and felt bare. During peak times, the bar staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slow service, particularly when ordering drinks. The high drink prices also felt excessive compared to other local spots. this stay had positive moments, but clear attention to detail and service consistency are definitely required for a better experience.
